The Ultimate Pumpkin Waffles Recipe

I've been having some rough nights with Rachel getting up over and over, so this morning after another rough night Chris let me sleep in! Since 9:45 am is brunch time I figured it was the perfect opportunity to make something with the Libby's can of pumpkin sitting in my cupboard. This is the recipe I found and our entire family loved the recipe! I don't have a belgum waffle maker, but it worked just fine in our regular waffle maker.
